Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Dresses that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.
• All items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated (no final sale items).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is free of charge for eligible returns.

Refunds

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
